1. About Us

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Gifts Flowers & Plants website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Placing an Order

By submitting an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your basket. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

• An order confirmation sent to your email or WhatsApp constitutes acceptance of your order
• Prices are shown in Jamaican Dollars (J$) unless otherwise stated
• All prices are subject to change without notice; the price at the time of order placement is the binding price
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if an item becomes unavailable after confirmation — we will offer a full refund or suitable substitute

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering, except for cash on receipt orders which are paid on delivery or collection. For bank transfer orders, payment must be completed within 24 hours or the order may be cancelled.

We accept: PayPal, Visa/Mastercard (via WiPay), bank transfer (NCB, Scotiabank, JN), cash on receipt, and GFP gift cards.

We do not store payment card details. All card transactions are handled by our payment processors (PayPal and WiPay Financial) under their own security protocols.

4. Delivery

We deliver to Kingston, St. Andrew, and selected areas of St. Catherine and St. Thomas. Delivery fees and estimated times are shown at checkout. See our Delivery Information page for full details.

• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather, and plant availability
• Same-day delivery requires orders to be placed before 1:00 pm Monday–Saturday
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery or collection
• If no one is available to receive delivery, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery or collection

5. Product Descriptions & Availability

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. However:

• Plants are living organisms — natural variation in colour, shape, and size is to be expected
• The plant you receive may differ slightly in appearance from photographs while remaining the correct species and size
• Availability is subject to seasonal and growing conditions
• We reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value if your chosen item is unavailable

6. Returns & Refunds

Our full returns policy is available on the Returns page. In summary: we will replace or refund any plant that arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from its listing, provided you contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.

7. Gift Cards

• GFP Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
• Gift cards may be used in full or partial payment of any order
• Unused balances remain valid until the expiry date

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photographs, text, product descriptions, logos, and design — is the property of Gifts Flowers & Plants or our suppliers and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Jamaican law, Gifts Flowers & Plants shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your purchase
• Loss or damage to property once delivery has been accepted and confirmed
• Plant decline resulting from incorrect care after delivery

Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
