Do you offer delivery or is it collection only?

We offer local delivery within the Kingston area on orders over J$3,000. All orders can also be collected in person from our nursery at 71 Red Hills Road, St Andrew, Kingston — just call ahead on (876) 905-3806 to confirm availability. We'll always ensure your plants are well-packaged and ready to travel safely.
How do I care for my new plant?

Every plant comes with a care card specific to that variety. In general, most of our tropical plants thrive in bright indirect light, need watering 2–3 times per week (less in winter), and prefer well-draining soil. Our nursery team is always happy to give personalised care advice — call or WhatsApp us anytime on (876) 905-3806.
Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes! You can add a personalised gift message at checkout at no extra cost. Your message is handwritten on a card and included with your order. Perfect for birthdays, housewarmings and special occasions. Simply type your message in the gift note field at checkout.
What if my plant arrives damaged?

We take great care packing every order. If your plant arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us with a photo and we'll do our best to make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we stand behind every plant we sell.
